How to Cure a Broken Heart Using a Paper
We all have our own types of heart ache. Some of us had our hearts broken because of relationships. And because of deaths, sexual abuse. Physical abuse and mental abuse. Depression and feeling blue and not being able to help ourselves is sad and it makes us more sad. This article is about something that I learned when I was so broken up inside. And what this article will give you is a different perspective.

This method actually works real good when you do it to someone else or you can do it to yourself it really doesn’t matter. -

Take a pen or a pencil whatever you have to write with and draw a heart on the plain piece of paper. And imagine this is what your heart looked like as a baby
, before all the hurt and sadness and loss and as you get older it starts to fill up with good things then bad things. -
Step 4
Now in the heart start to write what fills your own heart, For instance children, husband or wife. Parents, grandparents friends and family, pets, old crushes whatever that fills your heart hurt, pain, love. -
Step 5
And draw lines around the words that you wrote down and separate your heart into different sections. -
Step 6
Now take the piece of paper with your heart and feelings on it and crumble it up into a ball. -
Step 7
Now what you want to do is open up the paper, it is going to be a wrinkled and not look as good as it did when we were babies. But our hearts don’t feel as good as we did when we were kids because of all the hurt and loss and the sorrow. -
Step 8
Now for every bad feeling with your heart in the different sections you will want to fill it up with a good memory. So cross out something in the paper that hurts you and fill it with a new memory and after so many years and as time goes by the wrinkles of your heart will start to diminish.
